Due to the nature of nail and beauty products, all sales are final on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return: Email us at fanfan04sefora@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Eligible returns: Unopened tools and brushes in original packaging. Non-returnable items: Opened nail gels, base/top coats, or any used nail products.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or defective items? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
